The system
How the commercial process is actually built.
This is not a service catalogue. It is the order in which decisions get made, who is responsible for each one, and which costs sit outside ROASCORE's fees.
Diagnose, build, manage
Diagnose
Establish the business goal, the baseline, the economics, the quality of measurement and the real constraints. Without a baseline, any later improvement is a story rather than a result.
- Goal expressed as a commercial outcome, not a platform metric
- Current performance and what it is being compared to
- Unit economics: value per order or per client, and acceptable acquisition cost
- Measurement audit: what is tracked, what is missing, what is unreliable
- Constraints: capacity, stock, seasonality, approvals, regulation
Build
Implement the agreed scope in a defined order, so each change can be read. Campaign structure, conversion pages, measurement and follow-up are separate deliverables with separate acceptance.
- Campaign strategy and account structure
- Conversion pages or landing decisions for the routes receiving spend
- Measurement setup: events, call tracking, records that outlast the click
- Optional follow-up implementation when a process justifies it
Manage
Supervise and optimize the contracted system with review windows and documented decisions. You should always be able to ask why something changed and get an answer with a date on it.
- Agreed review cadence and reporting scope
- Decision log: what changed, why, and what we expected
- Escalation when results diverge from the plan
- Honest reporting of what measurement cannot prove
What is in scope
Campaign strategy and management
Channel selection, account structure, budgets, audiences, creative hypotheses and ongoing optimization for the contracted channels.
Conversion pages
Landing and product or service page decisions, message match, form and checkout friction, mobile behaviour. Implementation or specification depending on your platform.
Measurement
Event quality, conversion definitions, call measurement, and agreement on which source decides when numbers disagree.
Follow-up implementation
Recording, acknowledgment, ownership and scheduled next steps — with automation only where the volume and repeatability justify it.

The Opportunity Path
Select a stage to see the friction we most often find, the intervention we would consider and the metric worth inspecting. These are hypotheses to test with your data, not automatic diagnoses.
From ad interaction to a repeat customer.
Hypothesis, not a diagnosis
Ad interaction
- Common friction
- The creative promises something the product page does not repeat, so interest is lost in the first seconds.
- Likely intervention
- Rebuild message match between creative angle, offer and landing content; test one variable at a time.
- Metric to inspect
- Click-through rate against landing bounce and add-to-cart rate for the same audience.
Follow-up connected
What changes in the workflow
- Inquiry sits in an inbox or a phone log
- Response time depends on who is free
- No clear owner for the conversation
- Follow-up remembered, not scheduled
Who is responsible for what
ROASCORE delivers

- Documented recommendations and review
Your team provides
- Account and data access
- Product, service and pricing information
- Approval of anything customer-facing
- Response to inquiries and recording of outcomes
Third-party costs
- Advertising spend, paid from your own accounts
- Tools and platform subscriptions
- AI or messaging usage costs
- Any external production or development
Pricing and commitments
There are no published packages, because uniform pricing across markets and scopes would be fiction. Management fees depend on scope, market and complexity, and are always quoted separately from media spend, tools and implementation. Nothing in a ROASCORE engagement is described as unlimited.
Clear objectives, an agreed scope and transparent performance reviews.
